Shipping and Returns

Our flower arrangements and wreaths are handmade to the highest possible standard.

In the unfortunate case of any damages, we ask for notification within 3 days or receipt of item. Photographs may be required.

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days.

Missing items must be reported at first opportunity in order for us to take it up with our couriers.

Refunds, partial refunds or credit notes may be offered upon proof of loss or damages, and will be offered at our discretion.
